Libertarian Party of Virginia

The Libertarian Party of Virginia is the Virginia state affiliate of the Libertarian Party (United States). In 2014, the LPVA nominated Robert Sarvis for U.S. Senate and there were several U.S. House of Representatives candidates seeking the nominations of LPVA Congressional District conventions.[1]
Constitution and bylaws
Article VII of the LPVA Constitution provides that members may be expelled from the Party for cause; however, the Bylaws do not prescribe any expulsion procedures.[2]
