There does not seem to be much on this intervention around, beyond Callahan's and Harrison's analysis of Robert Brenner's book (see his work e.g. here and here). Even mainstream sources do not seem to have much. Points such as when was the accord agreed on and by whom, and when was it ended, officially or not, would be highly appreciated. (That is not such a problem in the original Plaza Accord, as there is a Wikipedia page to refer to - oddly enough there is none about this one.) Pestergaines 15:16, 29 June 2011 (MSD)
