Good to see you...

Community Portal

Ray, I think we may have just been unlucky and had an editing conflict because we were both working on the page at the same time. So far as I can tell, anyone should be able to edit the Community portal page. Try again, and first check to see if it lets you make a minor change. DickClarkMises 00:40, 25 November 2010 (CST)

Thanks for the Touch-Ups

Thanks for the touch-ups over on the Bureau of Engraving and Printing page. And thanks for the quadruple-tilde trick. Wiki code is all new to me. It's great to see your work all over the Mises Wiki already. Mike Reid 08:09, 29 November 2010 (CST)

Nice

[1] I did not know of that template, it certainly makes the article neater, thanks Mark 17:33, 9 January 2011 (CST)

Welcoming newcomers

May I suggest: If you post a welcome to a newcomer as a first message on the user's Talk/Discussion page, please consider setting the initial word "Welcome!" as a first header (i.e., inside two "==" indicators, of course) That way, the section structure gets a good start on the newcomer's page and can also serve as a small (albeit slightly hidden) lesson for extreme newbies. Thanks, all!  :) --RayBirks 21:08, 13 January 2011 (CST)

And: Don't forget to sign your welcoming post! :) -- RayBirks 13:57, 30 January 2011 (CST)

About the idea

Hallo Ray, what happened to the idea mentioned [[Talk:Argumentation:ABCT|here]]? Curious minds want to know. :) Pestergaines 06:14, 24 February 2011 (CST)

Hey, P.G. -- have been slammed offline with unrelated mega-projects + travel, so am sidelined for now. Will try to return as I can. Thanks for remembering! -- RayBirks 11:00, 24 February 2011 (CST)
