There is some debate about how Justin Bieber's situation would be handled in a libertarian society. One argument is that Bieber would be heavily fined by the road owner, and/or prohibited from driving on the property on which he was drag-racing, and he would then have to let his chauffeur drive him around when he wanted to visit that area. The problem would be solved without the need to make the taxpayers fund his incarceration. Another argument, voiced by Miah Akston, is "Or no body would of given a shit ..."
