Liberty.me is a friendship network, publishing platform, news stream, broadcasting system, and discussion forum dedicated to the liberty-minded community. Its Chief Liberty Officer is Jeffrey Tucker. The "ad-free, expert-hosted worldwide community conceived in liberty"[1] seeks to build a "digital city in the cloud" for all users to "learn new strategies for enriching your life intellectually, socially and financially".
On December 17th, 2013, the site launched a successful Indiegogo campaign with the goal of raising $120,000. By January 26th, 2014, hundreds of individuals and dozens of organizations donated $125,789. Liberty.me launched in May 2014
