• Obama says, "Government whistleblowers are part of a healthy democracy and must be protected from reprisal." Change.gov says "Barack Obama will strengthen whistleblower laws to protect federal workers who expose waste, fraud, and abuse of authority in government." This is inconsistent with his treatment of Bradley Manning.
