This is a list of prisoners, not necessarily libertarian in ideology, who are serving time for breaking anti-libertarian laws as a way of opposing such laws. As always, if you stumble across one that should be on the list but don't have time at the moment to add it, feel free to put the link on the talk page.

Cirino Gonzalez
Cirino Gonzalez, Reg. No. 76342-179, will be released on 31 August 2014.[1] He was arrested for joining the tax protest of Edward and Elaine Brown.[2]
